This hat is way over the top! It has a hand blocked buckram base that is covered in a lush cream velvet. Then I have carefully sculpted a rose with a crystal center and feathers and attached a half veil with beautiful crystal details.
This hat is truly a stunner!
A crystal clear comb holds it in place perfectly.
